1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Jamui district including Jamui town, Malaypur, Gidhaur, Jhajha, Sono, Barhat, Khaira, Chakai, Laxmipur, Sikandra, and nearby areas within 25 km radius.
2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery within Jamui town: 30-45 minutes. For Malaypur, Gidhaur, and other areas: 1-3 hours depending on distance and availability. Orders placed after 8 PM may be delivered the next morning.
3. Delivery Charges
Orders above ₹299: FREE delivery. Orders below ₹299: ₹30 delivery charge for Jamui town, ₹60 for surrounding areas. Some products have free delivery regardless of order value.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive SMS/WhatsApp updates at each stage: order confirmed, packed, out for delivery, and delivered. You can also track your order in the Dawa Dawai app.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will make 2 attempts to deliver your order. If you are unavailable both times, the order will be returned and you will need to place a new order.
6. Medicine Handling
All medicines are packed in temperature-controlled bags to maintain efficacy. Cold-chain medicines are delivered in insulated packaging with ice packs.
