Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, contact us at +91-7870084402 or dawadawai@gmail.com.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases: wrong medicine delivered, damaged or expired products, order not delivered within the promised timeframe, or duplicate charges.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: opened medicine strips or bottles, products used or partially consumed, items returned without original packaging, and orders cancelled after dispatch.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos of the issue. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be provided via UPI transfer or adjusted in your next order.

6. Consultation Cancellation

Doctor consultation bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
